Suffolk County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Riverhead resident Eduardo Garcia, 64, who was a fugitive from justice and wanted in the state of Georgia for a felony child molestation charge.
Officials said that deputies located Garcia in Riverhead, and he was taken into custody without incident. He is scheduled to be extradited back to Georgia at an undisclosed date to face prosecution for the child molestation charge.
